Upon moving in, please call Ameren (1-800-552-7583) & Spire (1-800-887-4173) to transfer electricity and gas services into your name. This will also give you online access to your own portals for these services.
If you haven’t purchased renter’s insurance, named STL Venture Group as an interested party and uploaded to the TurboTenant portal, please remember to do so.
All properties are approved for AT&T Fiber internet and is the preferred provider for your internet.
Please leave the washing machine lid open after washing your clothes to allow it to dry and air out. Same goes for your dishwasher.
Garbage disposal: Please do not pour grease or oil down the drain. Wiping out the pan with a paper towel is the preferred method. Garbage disposals will not be repaired or replaced if misused or broken.
Please do not flush any type of wipes down the toilet. Even “flushable” wipes. They will clog the plumbing.
